Mr. Md. Golam Nabi is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), holding Enrollment No. 453. He obtained his ACA qualification in 1983 and subsequently achieved his FCA qualification in 1989. He is also a member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association (MDTBA), with Membership No. G. 00098, since 1985. Regarding his educational background, he completed his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Government Devendra College, Manikganj, under the University of Dhaka in 1975. Prior to that, he completed his Intermediate in Commerce in 1973 from the same institution and passed his Matriculation examination in 1969 from Manikganj Government High School under the East Pakistan Secondary Education Board, Dhaka.
Mr. Sharif Wadud is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), ICAEW (UK), and ACCA (UK). He holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and completed CAT (ACCA), A-Level, and O-Level qualifications. He has professional work experience in both the United Kingdom and Bangladesh. He was awarded the ICAEW London Society of Chartered Accountants (LSCA) Small Firm Exam Prize for achieving the second-highest marks in the Professional Stage Examination in 2011. He was also appointed as an Independent Director of Shahjibazar Power Co. Ltd., listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange, in May 2022.
Mr. Md. Imam Hassan holds an M.Com degree and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), Enrollment No. 0823. He has been serving as a Partner of G. Nabi & Co., Chartered Accountants since 27 March 2024. He brings over 30 years of professional experience with renowned organizations, particularly in the real estate, garments & textile, and service sectors, along with sound knowledge of IPO (Initial Public Offering) formalities.
